About the department

As an IT Project Manager ERP, you will be part of DCC Energi’s PMO (Project Management Office) department, which plays a central role in project management, strategy implementation, and business development. The department consists of the Head of PMO and two project managers, working closely with the IT Development department, which comprises 14 specialists in data, Business Central, and other critical systems.

Collaboration, proximity, and professional development are highly valued within the PMO department. Operating in a flat organizational structure, the team actively contributes to formalizing projects, managing resources, and developing strategies while ensuring stable operations. There is a strong emphasis on combining different competencies to create innovative solutions and deliver high-quality results.

About the position

DCC Energi is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager ERP to coordinate ERP projects with a focus on Business Central. You will play a key role in developing and implementing IT solutions that support DCC Energi’s strategy, “Together, We Shape the Future.”

As an IT Project Manager, you will be a key figure working closely with both IT and business stakeholders. You will drive stakeholder dialogue, translate business ideas into concrete solutions, and ensure projects are executed efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for qualifying projects, designing solutions, and implementing them while supporting change management throughout the delivery process.

We are looking for a project manager with a positive mindset and strong organizational skills—someone who thrives on creating structure and ensuring progress. A technical understanding and the ability to translate this into business value are essential. Experience or familiarity with agile methodologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination – Develop and maintain project plans, including activity coordination and documentation updates in project management tools.
• Progress & Stakeholder Management – Ensure all stakeholders have accurate and up-to-date information to make informed decisions, establish clear frameworks, and discuss project objectives, benefits, and scope with relevant parties.
• Project Discipline – Act as an ambassador for project management within the organization and contribute to strengthening project maturity.
• Work Methods & Frameworks – Operate within an agile setup using DevOps and sprint-like methods in a hybrid model that balances structure and flexibility.

Required experience

To be the right candidate, you are expected to have experience in the following areas:

• Project Management & Frameworks – 3-4 years of experience in IT project management and methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
• ERP Experience – Experience leading ERP projects, preferably with a focus on Business Central or Dynamics FO.
• Project Management Skills – A structured, goal-oriented approach with a focus on progress and experience with business-critical applications.
• Technical & Language Proficiency – Familiarity with ERP terminology and the ability to collaborate with both technical and business-oriented teams.
