Their services cater to a wide range of industries, and they have production facilities both nationally and internationally. Known for their tailored solutions and high quality, they are now looking for a sales manager to strengthen their commercial efforts.

About the role

As a sales manager, you will play a key role in their commercial strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities while driving business development through targeted outreach. You will manage the entire sales process—from lead generation to contract negotiation—and collaborate closely with management and internal technical teams to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Proactive B2B sales with a focus on identifying new customers and markets
  • Managing the entire sales process from first contact to contract negotiation
  • Developing sales strategies and targeting efforts toward high-value customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure tailored solutions for customers
  • Participating in relevant industry events, trade fairs, and networking activities

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2–5 years of experience in proactive B2B sales, preferably in a technical industry
  • Is a strong relationship builder with a natural hunter mentality
  • Has achieved measurable results in lead generation and sales
  • Thrives in an independent role and takes initiative
  • Has the ability to understand technical solutions and communicate their value to customers
  • Speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
